Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Food Truck Forge. We take pride in delivering high-quality food trucks, trailers, cabins, and custom builds. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and modifications are handled.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Custom Builds – Non-Refundable Deposits
All custom builds require an upfront deposit to secure your order, materials, and production slot.
🔸 Deposits are non-refundable, as work begins immediately upon payment.
This includes (but is not limited to):

Food trucks
-
Food trailers
-
Mobile cabins
-
Concession units
-
Custom fabrication projects
2. Full Payments & Progress Payments
Because every unit is made to your exact specifications:

Payments made toward active builds are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing error or contractual breach.

Any production stopped due to customer delay or silence will not qualify for a refund but may be resumed upon agreement.
3. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time; however:

Deposits and any completed work are non-refundable.

If your build has progressed, you may be responsible for labor, materials, and design costs incurred to date.
4. Refunds Due to Manufacturer Error
If an issue is caused by our mistake or a structural defect:

We will repair, replace, or provide a partial refund at our discretion.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the unit.

Clear photos, videos, and documentation must be provided.
5. No Refunds for Incorrect Specifications Provided
We cannot issue refunds if:

You provide incorrect measurements

You change your mind about design or equipment

You choose the wrong configuration

You fail to verify details during the approval stage
All final designs are approved by the customer before production begins.
6. Shipping & Delivery Issues
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a delivery delay is caused by:

Weather
-
Third-party carriers
-
Customs
-
Customer unavailability
Food Truck Forge is not liable for refunds or compensation.
If the carrier damages your unit, a claim must be filed directly with the shipping provider.
7. Digital Products & Consultations
Any digital materials, design services, consultations, or blueprints delivered via email or download are:

8. Warranty & Support
Refunds are separate from warranty repairs.
If your unit is under warranty, repairs or part replacements may be provided, subject to terms in your contract.
9. How to Submit a Refund or Issue Claim
